Questions we hear

Real questions, real answers.

What does a concrete patio cost in Sacramento?+

Standard concrete patios run $8 to $14 per square foot installed. Stamped and decorative finishes add $4 to $10 per square foot. Most patios end up between $4,000 and $20,000 depending on size.

How long until I can walk on it?+

24 hours for foot traffic, 7 days for furniture, 28 days for full strength. We seal at 14-28 days depending on weather.

Will it crack?+

We use proper sub-base prep, fiber or rebar reinforcement, and expansion joints to minimize cracking. Hairline cracks are normal. Our 5-year sealer warranty covers premature failure.
