We are a Sacramento-area remodeling team focused on the projects we are unreasonably good at: walk-in showers, spa bathrooms, decorative concrete with integrated LED lighting, pergolas, and outdoor living. Some projects we take in-house under our license (CSLB #XXXXXXX). Others we route to a vetted, California-licensed partner contractor. Less is more — focus is why our projects finish on time and our customers refer us.

- Cleanup beyond standard. Final walk-through with you. We do not collect the final payment until you say it is right.
