Tanbark Build Co. ("we") collects information you voluntarily provide (name, phone, email, project details) when you request a quote, call us, or otherwise contact us.

How we use your information

• To respond to your quote request and schedule a consultation.
• To follow up by phone, text, or email about your project.
• To send occasional educational content related to home remodeling.
• To meet legal and recordkeeping obligations under California contracting law.

Sharing with partner contractors

When you request a quote, Tanbark Build Co. may either perform the project in-house or refer you to one of our vetted, California-licensed partner contractors (see How We Work). If we refer your project, we will share the project details you provide (name, address, phone, email, project type and notes, photos you uploaded) with that partner contractor so they can prepare a quote and contact you. We do not share your information with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing.

What we do not do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share your information with any contractor other than the partner contractor assigned to your project, unless you give us permission to obtain additional quotes.

Your choices

Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of text messages. Reply with "unsubscribe" to any email to opt out of email. Contact us at hello@tanbarkbuild.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We comply with California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) requests.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics and PostHog to understand site usage. These tools use cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser without affecting your ability to request a quote.
